On my first trip to SAN FRANCISCO I did a lot of walking, biking and taking the public means of transportation and, yes, I enjoyed it a lot?
I stayed at a good place (well located), on VAN ESS AVENUE (THE OPAL HOTEL) and that was pretty close to downtown, the piers and even the Golden Gate Bridge!

SAN FRANCISCO is famous for its unique architectural styles and the fa蓷des of many buildings all over the city are always a great subject to photographers!

It's a place where one can spend hours strolling around and enjoying all the details that surround the streets!
Here's one I couldn't resist!

Un verre de trop et c'est ce que 蓷 donne. Dr犨e de pr廥entation de cette magnifique fa蓷de, on dirait que l'嶮ifice est en train de tomber. Bien pens� et j'aime beaucoup. Le bel 嶰lairage ravive ces superbes couleurs et beau contraste avec le ciel.

Hi Ney, my neighbor this morning - great tilt to this, which calls to mind SF's steep hills and strange angles. You chose a beautiful facade to shoot; it looks like it might be straight out of SF's gold rush past. Thanks!

Hi Ney,

With such strong color and solid shape, I really like this idea to place the composition on a tilt...it has an immediate visual impact. A fun way to present this building, and as you already know, I like it! :)

A good choice to execute this concept, I think the distinct patterned lines of the buildings exterior aid in the graphic appeal....plus, the angle fits in well with the association of steep streets in San Francisco. :) There's also a nice grouping of rectangular shapes and colored trim to accent the entire visual. A good spot, and well managed exposure to bring out all of the detail. Nicely done indeed! Have a great new week. All the best.

lindas as cores desta compo. a arquitetura me faz lembrar as casas vitorianas de Iquique, espero que nenhuma tenha se queimado no 萖timo terremoto. se bem que aqui elas tem muito mais cor. vamos ver como ser� quando visitar frisco. quando vc esteve l� achou uma cidade perigosa ? teve que comprar adaptador de tomadas ?

a lovely architectural photo with graphical impact and daily life interest. I like very much the dynamic tilt in the tight frame, it draws our attention to certain patterns and details and allows more of the delicious blue backdrop into the frame.
