...back to Natural Bridges National Monument, "Owachomo is the smallest and thinnest of the three natural bridges and is thought to be the oldest. Owachomo means "rock mound" in Hopi and is named after the rock formation on top of the east end of the bridge."

Another excellent choice for black and white which is a great learning lesson for me, as i would struggle to make a landscape mono. It works well and seems to emphasise the shapes and lines of the rocks and that puff of cloud under the bridge is perfect. Really nice shot, your series from here is really cool!

Splendid point of view. Get an idea of the scale of things. Its huge !
The sharp shadows on the left, the position of the bridge as a diagonal across the right, the clouds in between - through the opening....

Another Ansel Adams type photo, but with the bonus of the froth created by the clouds. B&W really does work well with these rock formations in the West.

Hello Ray, Another spectacular bridge from Moab area. It is why i found Arches more attractive than Crand Canyon. There are so many fantastic rock formations, and in GC the views are magnificent, but similar along the whole canyon.

Wow this is one impressive rock formation. I love the textures, which have been brought out nicely with the monochrome. Excellent sense of perspective and lightplay.

Hello Ray,
a lovely natural arch/bridge, I like the dynamism of your composition and how it's been enhanced by the shadow at the bottom of the diagonal rock formation. The cold tone of the monochrome is great, it adds a peculiar fascination to this originally warmly coloured place. I also like the view of the cloud through the arch, it's as if it were staring back:) Congratulations and thank you!
