Photographer's Note

I couldn't make a decision what I would show.
Something old, or new? Maybe something from my trip to the West Coast of the USA? I have checked what I have already posted. And I have found such a note under my 1300th picture:

Grass is Greener on the Other Side (and the Rocks are Redder...)
it is so much true in my case. I look at the photos on TE Wooow, I think, it is a wonderful place. I must go there and take some stunning photos. I go there. It is a beautiful place, no doubt, but maybe another place will be better, and I go to the other place. It can be Venice, New York, Grand Canyon, Taj Mahal, Halong Bay, Mrauk U, Uluru,... I am always chasing after these places, but they are somewhere that I am not there. I know the answer why it is so - it is not the place fault but photographer is poor.

Canyonlands National Park is a U.S. National Park located in southeastern Utah near the town of Moab and preserves a colorful landscape eroded into countless canyons, mesas and buttes by the Colorado River, the Green River, and their respective tributaries. The park is divided into four districts: the Island in the Sky, the Needles, the Maze, and the rivers themselves. While these areas share a primitive desert atmosphere, each retains its own character. Two large river canyons are carved into the Colorado Plateau by the Colorado River and Green River. Author Edward Abbey, a frequent visitor, described the Canyonlands as "the most weird, wonderful, magical place on earththere is nothing else like it anywhere.

12 years have passed, I have posted almost 2500 photos more, but I am still looking for the paradise places....
