I guess Halloween came early... =)

I went down the the Jersey shore this past weekend for Father's Day. In the heavily developed shore areas (e.g. Point Pleasant, Wildwood, Atlantic City), it's not the most picturesque natural scenery that you may find, but there are quite a bit of interesting things to do and see. Walking along the boardwalk, there are floating heads advertising hair braids, which are basically strings and yarn wrapped around a few strands of hair in a nice design. A little scary and disturbing, but it makes for an interesting photo.

There's a lot of very interesting, and oftentimes strange and bizarre, history in the state of NJ. There's even a magazine called "Weird NJ". I encourage people to come visit this fun state (that often is the butt of many jokes in the other States). =)
