Photographer's Note
As the tide recedes, the sea floor is exposed and the boat dries itself. Taken along route 830, which runs parallel to the busy Kahekili Highway. In the background are the fluted mountains typical of Oahu, the conical island offshore is known as Chinamans Hat. I will post a closer view to workshop.

Hi Tan
The thumbnail doesn't do this justice. Good reflections, & superb colour & sharpness. Perhaps a slight crop to the fg. A wonderful blue sky. Tfs!

Hi Tan. Yes this is a place I need to see for myself one day. The wide-angle was a great way to approach the composition. You might to be able to crop some of the bottom off as well.

Tan, merci de nous faire rêver avec ce paysage paradisiaque. J'aime ce premier plan où le fond de l'eau se marie avec le reflet des nuages. Les arbres et le bateau blanc, le ciel et la montagne tout cela fait un excellent cliché.

Hi Tan,
I like here the low PoV that emphasizes the depth but still retains the reflection, works well, for the rest a nice paradisiac and well exposed view you could rotate CW by 0.3°.
I wish you a nice week end,

Hi Tan
The depth is superb here. The reflection is of good quality and I like how you leave much water in front of the sailing boat. Very nice shot, I enjoy it

Hi Tan,
You have captured all of the charm of the islands without that trite postcardish look. I like the extensive foreground of the seabed seen through the clear water, with the colour emerging on the left. The boat nicely balances and enhances the scene, and there is good depth. A nice one, Tan.

Hi Tan
why am i not surprised that you visited Hawaii as well?
I like that you included so much of the foreground water, i would probably have been tempted to crop it out and focus on the boats and mountain, but this composition works very good.
Nice job

Hi Tan
Pretty place with unusual transparent water. I like the concentration of palm trees, mountains and clouds although I would have preferred the boat to be on the right of photo to stand out more.

Nice deep view of this tropical paradise, Tan. What draws me to the image is a very deep perspective of this shallow seafloor, taking more than a half of the frame. These brown colours contrast well with the saturated blue and green of the background, and the white boat punctuates the scenery. I like how it finishes the row of the palms.
Cheers

Hi Tan,
Please accept my most humble apologies for not responding sooner. It's calving season here on the farm and I've been extremely busy for the last month. Now, finally, I'm starting to get back to catching up with the things I should have done ages ago!
I love this pic. The colours are great and the composition, particularly the overall balance of the image, is outstanding! With images of this quality, have you considered teaching photography? You have a rare ablility.
Hugs,
Tony

I like the combination of the sea floor bottom and the cloud reflections. Seeing the boat on stilts like that seems quite humourous. Looks like the owners can only access it at high tide.

Hello Tan, this is an absolutely stunning wide-angle view and I really prefer this over the WS post. The reason is not the centered boat in the WS, but the well elaborated and included foreground in the primary post. Well applied polarizing filter here giving a good contrast in the sky and cloud as well as getting rid of bothersome reflections in the water.

Hi Tan.
What I like the most in your shot is the foreground and the large space you allowed to this low tide shallow water which progressively guide the eye towards the beautiful landscape. A certain idea of the paradise...
Thanks for sharing!
