Photographer's Note

I took this photo in the late afternoon, using rocks as a tripod and an exposure of 1 second. The location is the beautiful Currumbin Rock Pools, in the Currumbin Valley on the way to Mt Cougal National Park. It is a popular swimming spot.
The photo came out quite blue, so I had to adjust the colour balance slightly.

Hello Claudia,

Intriguing shades of blue with misty cascades into a dark pool, surrounded by etched rocks and a distant dark green forest.
