This is a camel's skull that decorates the mantlepiece of the Seven Creeks Hotel in Euroa, Victoria. A skull of a merino sheep is on the other side, and the publican brought out a Tasmanian Devil's skull that they hadn't displayed yet so I could photograph it (those shots were less successful!) I have no idea whose idea it was to decorate the pub with skulls, but it gave a charming effect, in its way. I highly recommend this hotel if you're ever down in Euroa... the grub is good and the people are ridiculously friendly and welcoming.
