Evening in Punakaiki, a photo from West Coast, South Island

Photographer's Note

I couldn't decide what picture to choose, so three photos at once.
I stayed in a cozy hostel 3 km away from Pancake Rocks. From the hostel was a beautiful walk through the dense rainforest to the platform with the views of the beach. Also other people came there to admire the sunset.

Much better to see a beta picture.

Stunning photos - the first 2,especially, are amongst your best ever! The third is also pretty good.
They all look great in the higher resolution version. Great colour and superb resolution.

This is also an amazing coastline with impressive and wonderfully shaped rocks. The warm sunlight is fantastic too and brings out all the features so fantastically. The sunset photo looks also good with a nice warm cold colour contrast and some attractive clouds.

All 3 are fantastic shots. The 1st one is most interesting to me with the strange palm trees hugging the shoreline. Good color and and sharpness in all of them and the sunset makes a great finale. Tfs!

I don't usually like combinations of pictures but prefer them as a main and w/s but on Beta, these shots look amazing!
The light is exceptional!
Much of the scenery is enjoyed just by you, apart from the last one!
I have just perused them for quite a while to absorb the beauty of this scenery!

Impressive the three images that today give us, wonderful the very rugged coast line, with small coves, cliffs etc. the colorful of plants and rocks is fascinating, the sea quite agitated prints more beauty, as for the sun coast, a marvel that is the finishing touch, to this beautiful triptych.
Very nice color, which together with the good sharpness and optimal lighting, gives great quality to the image.

Hello Malgo,
What a wonderful coastline!
The picture of the sunset has of course pretty colours in the sky but the two other pictures also have very beautiful colours. The light was superb!
An attractive secluded and almost hidden beach and also a vegetation with strange plants. At least strange to me.
Your photos show interesting views of NZ, a country I know very little about. I always thought there were a lot of sheep :)

especially the second photo, but they all have something nice to share. I'd love to walk alone those beaches with my camera in hand. looks like you got to experience a lot of New Zealands nature. sweet shots
