Nelson in the north of South Island has plenty of beauitfully restored old mansions but it was the restored old workers cottages, such as these, that caught my eye most - looking traditional and small out front but some with modern extensions out the back.

Hi Ian, This row of cottages forms a nice diagonal that leads the eye from right to left of the frame & taking in these cute little cottages, interesting image with good colour & detail. I lived in one very similar to these when I first arrived in Australia, brings back memories. Thanks
