An incredible way to invent a job in a country with serious economic problems. My fully admiration to this guy!
Despite its name in Buenos Aires the air is absolutely unbreathable even for a guy who lived for 25 years in Rome.
The photo once again is a snapshot captured by a reflex and then scannerized and rudely rescaled.
