Gua燢a lake in the afternoon, a photo from Rio Grande do Sul, South

Photographer's Note

The waters from Gravata�, Sinos, Ca� and Jacu� rivers flow into the Delta of the Jacu� which forms the Gua燢a Lake. The Gua燢a Lake is sorrounded by Porto Alegre, Eldorado do Sul, Gua燢a, Barra do Ribeiro and Viam緌 countries. The main environmental impacts are caused by the untreated sewage runoff from the capital and from the polluted waters of the Gravata� and Sinos rivers. The main economic activities are related to the food, metallurgic and pulp industries.

a honest opinion... okemaybe it's better when you sit down... kidding...
no carmem i think this one is beautiful... i very much like the thin line in the horizon with all it's litle details and the light you've captured is magical...
even the use of neat-image is not visable here, so i would say... perfect photo

There's sadness in this scene. Almost moody even though the sun is coming through. We human are killing Mother Earth, aren't we. Someday, there will be only pictures, and memories. If our photos doesn't stop people, maybe it would become a legacy to those who would never see Mother Earth, how it was beautiful before.

Mais uma vez uma bela composi誽o na separa誽o dos elementos, a agua e o c徼. E de novo as cores est緌鏒imas e o reflexo na agua d� o tom de mist廨io.

Carmem.

Excelente esta vis緌.
Que presente aquela nuvem escondendo o sol. Lindo reflexo dourado. Fico pensando o que produziu a sombra no c徼 azul na borda da nuvem brilhante.

Pena que a foto me parece comprimida demais (84K), no horizonte parece ter um pouco de tremor devido a compress緌.
