Photographer's Note
A group of Cariocas was diving off the rock (locates between Copacabana and Ipanema) in late afternoon when I took this shot. They were very enthused when I play back the videos and photos. I had a great time in Rio--beautiful place, nice friendly people, good food and lots of party places to go to.

Great action, colours and light. Nice sharp focus. You could use more space on the bottom to give the diving boy room to dive into. Maybe you were looking at the girl and the diving boy just happened to be in the picture ;)?

Although limbs are cutt off in this photo, I like its intensity, the deep colours and the overall effect. It's a lively pic with plenty of action and interestingly composed.

Great Shot - very candid. Giving the young woman back her lower legs would help I think - but still a good composition.
