Photographer's Note
The Atacama Desert is reputed to be the driest in the world (0 to 50 mm rain a year). The famous Valle de la Luna is about 8 km from San Pedro. As the name suggests, this is a haunting landscape of colored gypsum, clay and salt, without a hint of organic life to be found.

Hi Els,
Great shot! The scenery is very intersting and really does look like a moonscape. I like the contrast of the brown landscape against the blue sky. Good colour tones, depth and composition. Well done!

Very impressive scenery that you've captured here, Els.
Well composed, but it's difficult ot be more specific in critiquing because it's so small.
Try uploading much larger next time so that we can see your work at its best. You'll see the size limits when you click on "upload". If you think the recommended size looks to large, the problem could be the way you have your screen resolution set.
Yours,
Andrew.

Such beautiful and such small, it is very a pity, if you will increase it till the sizes of 800 pixels - that it will be one of the best photos in the world
