On this night Paramaribo got a black out (electricity failure)
I was ready to go to sleep when this happened, but then I went out side and saw the moon so bright and said to my self I have to try to make some pictures.

Great photo Justin! I love these kinds of pictures but they hardly ever work for me. I love the way the long shutter time affected the clouds. Please show me how to take these!
