Photographer's Note
Shadow of walking man with his bird in cage in Paramaribo. Suriname have incredibly rich fauna for birds too by great opportunity of laying as heart of Amazon rain forest. Surinamese people also so curios to become owner of birds and walking, living with them in their daily life without limit. This is a candid shoot, I captured him after passed me. I was lucky for strong sun light too which is not available any more due already changed direction of sun ;)
Hope you like it. Thanks for stopping by and many cheers you to all.

Thats very fast for a the lens..not often does one see a daily life scene at 1/6400 of a second..it really is the tiniest moment ha..
But a great photograph..my friend..every bit of it..perhaps a bit centered..but its alright..the bird in that cage..thats special..
Love it immensely

Ertugrul, good evening.
This is well seen picture, one of those moments you take or loose. You have taken it well. It seems to show the closeness of the man to his pet bird.
Very nice.
all the best

good evening ertugrul,
what an intriguing image and moment you captured - very much like Chinese shadows... or Hitchcock movies.
perfect situation for b/w.
I like it a lot.

Hello Ertugrul,
I see you are back again... I think you, like many other professionals here in Te, were not happy with that copyright business, right?
Do you mean that Surinamese people bring their birds around in the street the same way we bring our dogs? Quite amazing custom!
And you are back with a different style than previously, a style which I can only have an intuition of but that I cannot be sure about what you mean to comunicate.
I see you don't follow any composition rules so perhaps you wanted to get free of them to express things or feeling in a more intuitive way... like the modern painters. And it's quite a challenge you are proposing to us: to look at a picture in a different way... Honestly I don't feel fit to judge it. I think you are much beyond most of us.
Best greetings,
Donato

Hello, Ertugrul!
That's a beautiful and original picture of the shadow of this man with his pet. Interesting this custom of going out for a walk with a bird! Very good job! Good to see you back!

Hi Ertugrul,
I really like this shadow play, it's almost like something from an old movie. He seems to be carrying the bird very carefully, and the background adds a gritty urban feeling to the shot. Black and white was the perfect medium for this great subject. Well seen.

hello Ertugrul,
there's something theatrical in this photo, seeing the shadows only, without the man himself is fascinating, as if we were watching some sort of performance. love the photo, and I agree with Sayeed that the tiny shadow of the bird in the cage is a great detail, especially taken together with the patters of the wall that create an effect that the shadow of the man is also in a cage. surreal!
best,
Kristine
