Hi Turan,
Very nice close up. The expression is deep and the details of the face are strong. Thanks for sharing.
I would also like to see it in black and white and some more contrast, just to dramatize it little more...
Cheers;
Thrax

Hi Turan,
An expressive portrait, and I like how you have placed the man in the frame and your use of depth of field so that we can still see his apprentice in the background but he is not too distracting. Great light and I like the stacks of coal showing the enviroment where they work.

Hello Turan,
A portrait that is not only excellently mazde, but also interesting. The dark tones and the serious look of the coazl handlet fit well with hsi profession.

Such an intense glance from this man! Just a bit disappointing that it is too dark, though somehow it fits the "coal business" theme. Still, I think the WS of Raphaël is good and solve the issue.
Such a young apprentice... oh well...
A good choice with the settings of your camera that makes the background still visible (and important, in my opinion), yet blurring it a little. 18 mm, you were close. We can feel that human relation, and I like that in a photo of people.
Thanks.

The best ( so far) in your collection, Turam.
The depth of this babe... The colors...The POV...
Something like that comes only in my dreams.
Stunning work, mate.

His gaze is absolutely startling. And one can sense the appreciation off of the smile in the boy in the background, of you being there, being interested, taking their pictures. A lovely slice of human life - really. Thanks, Casper
