Photographer's Note

Its always great to see happy and smiling kids. Devoid of worldly and mundane matter in their innocent brains they are just in their own little world.
The girl with the wide eyes had tried to keep her eyes wide open with her fingers as her first shot came with closed eyes and her friends teased her a lot for that. :)

Trying to gather some happiness out of these pictures as I had a very bad day at office.

Is that your boss to the left? Seems she could give you a hard time at the office :-)
Seriously, it's often great fun to take pictures of children since you never really know how they will act. This is a funny and charming photo and I like the mild colours very much.

good morning tushar,
I hope your weekend started better than the working week finished :)
Polonaise once said to me "kids are always shoot-ready" - and I believe he was right. with children there is always a side, a moment one can photograph and it's never disappointing.
with some children you can tell exactly how they will look as adults - certain features (like the big black eyes of the girl on the left) remain the same, no matter your age...
I like the composition here - a strong diagonal from left to right - as well as the two totally different expressions of the girls. I can really empathize with the girl on the left, as I cannot keep my eyes open too and 95% of all the pictures where I am in show me with my eyes closed... :)

Great ideas and approach with two contrasting characters. I love the right fig not only because of her smile but more importantly is your viewpoint, low angle pointing upward and closeness to the subject creating such a great impact. A well balaced image no doubt producing a much satisfying results. Well done and good vision, thsk for sharing.
