Photographer's Note

After an ice storm knocked out power in most of the area in the early spring of 2003, I decided to wander around my backyard and see what I could shoot.

The silence and shades of gray made me feel like I was walking around in an Ansel Adams world. I'll add a few more over the next few days.

Un sujet int廨essant et bonne composition donnant une belle diagonale. La photo manque un peu de contraste et il aurait 彋� pr嶨廨able de la publier � 800 pixels.
J'ai pr廧ar� un WS, juste une autre fa蔞n de voir.

I like the muted colours here, interesting that the ice has built up on the top layers in a storm, rather than by more conventional freezing.
