Beautiful picture. Everything's great, the glittering snow, the trees, and the sky. One thing though, IMHO, a bit of cleaning on the top left corner of the frame specially to remove the darke stain will improve the sky.

Anyway the picture goes to my favourite.

This is a truly remarkable photo in that you have tamed the brightness of sun and snow in a way that we can fully appreciate the mood of being out in that field. As an avid snowshoer myself, I have often seen those diamond-like flakes on the snow and the long dark shadows of isolated trees.

Joli coup ! J'imagine une exposition manuelle, avec le soleil dans le CCD et la neige, non ? Ou le Dimage 7i ferait-il des miracles en auto ? En tout cas, magnifique exposition, ainsi que cadrage. J'essaie d'imaginer comment 憝iter d'avoir l'horizon centr� : peut-皻re un poil plus bas, mais il aurait manqu� de la longueur des traces de pas, donc rien � dire !

Tout le monde l'a d嶴� dit, vraiment belle photo, la texture de la neige est 彋onnante, et le cadrage est parfait.

Comme on est l� aussi pour critiquer (niark niark :) j'ai cherch� la petite b皻e, et je l'ai trouv嶪: le "flare" cr嶪 sur la neige un reflet l嶲鋨ement vert/jaune, et une toute petite 嶮ition (d廥aturation ?) pourrait corriger ce l嶲er d嶨aut.
Mais c'est pour pinailler :)

Je suis 彋onn� de ce beau soleil en 彋oile, je n'ai jamais r徼ssi � obtenir ca avec mon compact (CP4500), meme en fermant � fond...

The horizon is a little to high in my opinion and the sun is too centered, other than that I must admit it is quite stunning.
