This is a wonderful shot - really great detail. Plus I'm fascinated with doors, locks, etc.

ah yes, I recognize this one! Great colors, nice composition. The old wood with the little bit of blue paint is perfect.

Hi! Interesting shot, I can't tell you why, but I like it.
The composition maybe...or the colours. I don't know...
Makes me remember my grandfather's vineyard-house.

I don't understand the title, other than the pun part. A note would be helpful.

The picture does stand on its own, though, as a fine composition. The various shades of blue to blue-grey repeated in the lock as well as the wood ties them together. Except for the body of the lock, very crisp. A slower f-stop would fix that.
