Eins der beliebten Fotomotive auf Kuba: alte Autos. Im Gegensatz zu den gehegten und gepflegten Oldtimern, die man bei uns manchmal bei sch霵em Wetter spazieren fahren sieht, sieht man den kubanischen "Classic Cars" die Dienstjahre an. Es gibt auch frisch lackierte, gl鄚zende, aber die Mehrzahl hat vom Alter matten Lack, die T僡griffe oder anderes Beiwerk fehlt oder ist durch Provisorien ersetzt. Bei diesem Auto in Cienfuegos sieht man sogar im Dunkeln die gespachtelten Stelle

Hello Elvira,
There are lots of photos of old Cuban cars on TE, but usually they are all about the cars as such. I like this photo because you show it in a Cuban cultural context with some beautiful old houses in the background. Also the colours and light play decisive roles for the composition, including the blue light from inside a shop or something and the white light from the sign to the left. It's a perfect composition where all the ingredients matter and play so well together.
