Photographer's Note
This is an old camera my Mother has at her house. It use to be her's and my father's. She has an older one somewhere, and when she finds it I'll post a picture of it. I thought it might be interesting for everyone to see how far we've come with technology. Here's the info on the camera:

We have really gone a long way, atleast when it comes to cameras. $4.00 wow. You don't get much for that today do you. The world has really changed during these years. I have never seen such an old camera before, thanks for sharing.

Nice close up and we sure have come a long way. I just want to share my version. My grandfather who died in -71 at the age of 79 had a camera from the 20´s all his life. It was the collabsile type with the lens on a bellow behind a lid. He used it until his death and was allways proud of the shapness and called it his "little clear". After his death we developed his last roll which was still in the camera (as you understand this is a family of photographers) and to our surprise the pictures were damaged by light leaking from a crack in the folds of the bellow. How is that for "lifetime guarantee"

You right - In fact I do have a little collection of old camera's thanks for the idea - But on the other hand I can't tell as much as you do in your note ;-) Thanks for sharing.

:-) Yes, it has been a long way, but as we can see - the meeting between that old Kodak and the new Olympus was quite friendly. I wonder what could be the opposite result - to see the Olimpus through the Kodak's eye...;-P
