Hi Yu,

Outstanding composition. The way you have lined up the roof and tree, and it looks perfectly balanced to my eyes.
I like the colour, too. Especially of the sky. It contrasts well with the white of the building.

why take a photo of that?! The exposure is ok. Any more and you'd blow out the lighter areas. You could select the darker areas in Photoshop to make them lighter.
