Photographer's Note

Avoided fine colors, the Northern gate of the Chartres cathedral reveals in music its magnificient characters decorated by the color.
Built approximately fifty years after the Royal Gate, it shows the history of the world from its creation to the arrival of Christ.

The cathedral is not easy to entirely photograph; the retreat is limited to include this vast architecture in your camera. It is possible to photograph it from a hill near the periphery of the city.
