Photographer's Note
Bank Pacific
Beside a hotel this bank building is the greatest building on Koror. You may ask what to do in Koror. Koror is the starting point for diving tours to one of the most beautiful reefs of the world and you could go for 2 or 3 day kayaking tour to the Rock Island.

Hi Achim,
Fresh blue dominated scene from far edges of the world. Small town feeling with colonial style. Diagonal angle makes more dynamic feeling to othervise static view.

Hello Achim,
A fine perspective along these interesting and colourful buildings. Not usually a fan of parked cars in photos but the red one is not too obtrusive and adds a nice dash of alternative colour. Very good light and colours. Excellent clarity.

Hallo Achim!

Lieben Gruss, Ulf

hi Achim
Very funny, I admit I really have no idea about Palau or Kokor and have to look up the map, and then I was wondering why in the world would you fly to a place out of the route in the Philippine Sea.
Very educational indeed to also see this photo of the bank and hotel building. The architecture looks not unfamiliar but a bank building like a house? That is interesting. tfs

Hi Achim, I must say that this bank does not look like the normal high street bank; if it did high streets would look much brighter places, a wonderfully coloured building that is stood superbly in this beautifully lit photo, kind regards Wilson.

Hi Achim,
I find the several blue tones here very nice. The light blue colours of the roofs also stand out nicely against the blue of the sky. The sunlight is also very attractive. Good POV too.

Hi Achim,
First impressed me here the amount of light and you succeeded to not have any overexposition - good!
Second, it is amazing the variety of blue tones - I counted at least seven ;-)
Third, the sharpness is excellent, overall quality of image as well... and it is a 142 kb file!
Congratulations!

Achim,
how on earth did you end up in the remote Koro? A truely blue impression of this place. Bank, reef and Rock Island ... where did you go? I wish you continue with a series of this place and we might be lucky in seeing more images of this white part on the TE map.

The blue roof, with the blue and tropical weather, is lovely : soft, cool and beautiful. A great soft tones compo, with a typical architecture style.

Hi Achim,
the diagonal line of the street is an asset to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the architecture of the building. The picture is clear and sharp. The light is enhancing the colors. Have a nice dya.

Hello Achim,
to my shame, I did not know about the existence of such a place as Palau - and Koror! But thanks to TE my knowledge of Geography improves and widens :)
I like this photo "in blue". Very, very nice! Excellent perspective. Besides, the inclusion of a red car in this "blue gamma" adds a really nice touch.
Best regards,
and have a ncie weekend!

Hello Achim,
Think of a country far away which most people can't find on the map, and you have probably been there. I found this photo by coincidence. It's not spectacular but the buildings are very nice and tidy and the tropical light is well handled. I find it fascinating partly just because it is such an unknown place.
Kind regards,
Gert
