Intro: Visual art has been a prime interest of mine since a young age, however, I did not become passionate about photography until my late 20's.

Upon getting obsessed with photography I came to realize that this art medium is an intricate endeavor by a broad array of practitioners. What some consider 'beautiful' may be subject to criticism by others. Photographers sometimes overstate their assertions about art, technicalities, and the symbolism of an image. In general, my approach is often much simpler and straightforward. I try to capture interesting scenes and make them as aesthetically beautiful as possible. The essential idea is to follow our senses, use our imagination and express ourselves through our work.

There are purist and artist in the world of photography and I lean towards the artistic side. In general all my images are post processed and enhanced in Photoshop until it visually meets my eye. Right now my main workhorse is the Nikon D2x. My take anywhere camera is the Canon G9.

Favourite place in the world- being in the arms of my wife...napping.
