i do a little cropping on the right side of your picture and increased more sharpness

I decreased brightness which made the padogas black, so I cropped out some of the redundant bottom part, then I increased red and decreased blue to make it mor like a sunset, I hope you like, This makes grain more noticeable, this time I did not bother applying noise filter

Hi Erika
To lighten the photo and bring out clearer detail, I lightened the mid slide in the manual levels adjustment in Photoshop. This reduced the mid shadow and darkness thus enhancing the trees and textures on the buildings, also bring out features more.
I also sharpened the photo by one point.
