I have made the following modifications.....

1. Adjusted contrast.
2. Adjusted level.
3. Adjusted color balance.
4. Adjusted light and Shadow.
5. Adjusted sharpness.

Hi Vasili
I increase contrast at face tones and use shadow/highlight to brighten a bit the shadows
