Photographer's Note

A lonely cross at the cemetary near my house. It's taken at the same time as my previous posting, wich means there are some PP ;)
In RAW mode photoshop I underexposed the entire image before converting it... I did so to underline the loneliness, and to play more on the shades in blue.

Happy desember everyone, and remember it's a time for rememberance and family. Don't kill yourself at work, ok?
For those forgotten to be nice this far... HURRY UP!!! ;)

Good Shot. Good image. Yalnız biraz karanlıkta kalmış.birazdaha aydınlatabilseydin biraz daha parlak olsaydı daha g凴el olurdu.

Nice photo. I like how the mood totally changes between this picture and the preceeding one. However, something bothers me in the composition. I think it's because the cross is centered right in the middle of the picture. I would have cropped it so that the cross has less room above it, and more under it (to let some room for our brains to complete the part of the cross that is under the snow... gestalt!)

i spent quite a time in norge; bad for me it was 15 years ago or so and i had no good camera with me; i love the country and i find it more pleasant than a remote, lost cross covered with snow... still the pci is tremendous and simplicity of it is "killing"; great job; hade bra!!!

Simple and lovely composition. I like this blue tint on the snow and the light reflecting in crystals.
I'd only add some white frame to this picture.

Wonderful shot, very graphic, very well captured. the colors, the contrast and the texture of the snow are excellent. a very good shot.

Thank god you left blue cast here, Terje! White snow, IMO, would make the image too sterile.
Good compo, nice reflections from crystals and what I like the most is that bit of snow half-covering Jasmine's name - quite metaphoric!

Great shot! Good idea underexposing it! Somehow there seems to be some noise in the left upper corner or is it my monitor?

Very nice photo Terje. I like the soft and peaceful atmosphere it represents. The light is really well rendered.
