like Title said,
it's not only about Cascades, Opera house or nightlife.
most of Yerevan has been build to accommodate growing numbers of inland settlers, in a little time.
buildings like this one are just all around.
* didn't remove cords on purpose. there are too many of them just everywhere, so i guess it makes sense to leave them, as they make this building look real.

Soviet-esque style architecture isn't it ... an interesting and unusual type of apartment. Interesting and plain housing for the masses. Well done.
